Below is a list of NYC DOT’s current bid solicitations.

How to Submit a Bid

• Log into PASSPort for solicitation documents and to apply for a bid.
• Construction Submission Forms must be dropped off at:

Office of the ACCO/Contract Management Unit
55 Water Street, Ground Floor (Bid Window)
New York, NY 10041

The Bid Window is open weekdays 9 am to 3 pm, excluding holidays.
A government issued identification (e.g., driver’s license, passport, etc.) is required to enter the building.

Bid Openings

Bid Openings are live-streamed; no in-person attendees are permitted.
